PAYMENT Our
payment and credit policy help us maintain a positive cash flow which in turn
means more competitive and lower prices to you. Payment is in US Dollars. We accept cash, money orders, company
checks, and Visa/MasterCard. Regarding
domestic payments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all
orders. Regarding foreign payments, a
100% non-refundable bank wire transfer is required on all orders and will be
shipped with freight collect. Add
$20.00 for any bank processing charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice except for written quotes,
which are valid for 21 days. All drop
shipments are paid in full prior to shipping.
Returned check charge is $25. Late
payments are subject to a minimum 10% or $25 late charge, whichever is
greater, after due date, and an additional 1.5% per month (18% per year
finance charge). |

and specifications are approximate.
Colors, unless linked to a color matching system, are approximate and
cannot be relied on when viewing from a computer monitor for various reasons
and adjustments |

SHIPMENTS Except as
indicated, all shipments are FOB, point of shipment. Most items are shipped UPS or FEDEX. All drop shipments are prepaid. |

RESPONSIBILITY The customer/purchaser
and his agent accept all responsibility for all details of any approved
order. While the seller/manufacturer
will follow customer’s directions in every detail to the best of his ability,
customer agrees to give the manufacturer latitude in making changes in his
best judgment and discretion in the final selection of size, color and in any
other detail of the final product. The seller is not
responsible for delays caused by suppliers, electronic/utility malfunctions
or interruptions, work stoppages, acts of God or any other factor of which we
have no direct control. Unless
otherwise agreed to, purchaser is responsible for permits. In the case of signs used with legal
implications, (tow away, no trespassing, etc.) seller can show you what other clients have
used |

COPYRIGHTS
AND USE OF MATERIAL Any
copyrighted material supplied by the customer is warranted by the customer to
be used with permission of the copyright holder, and, customer will protect
and hold harmless the manufacturer and its agents and subcontractors from any
claim. Customer grants permission to
the seller to use pictures of purchased product in promotional advertising by
the seller. |

RETURNS,
CANCELLATIONS, AND ITEMS NOT PICKED UP Unused
items will be accepted for a return for credit only, by prior written
approval, shipped prepaid, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom work or seasonal items cannot be
returned or cancelled once work has begun.
Items not picked up after 30 days will be recycled. |

LIMITED
WARRANTY All
merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship. Should
defects exist, seller will replace or repair, at its discretion, provided that notification is made to the seller within 30
days of the date of purchase, any item.
Shipping costs under warranty work is the responsibility of the
customer. Seller shall not be
responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages. The warranties contained herein are in lieu
of other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for use |
